Is there a deadline I have to place my order by?
All breakfast orders must be placed before 2:30 pm for next day delivery. All lunch orders must be placed before 4:30 pm for next day delivery.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes. The minimum order for delivery is $100. We do not charge delivery fees or accept tips. If you decide to pick up your order there is no minimum amount.
Can I combine breakfast and lunch to make an order of $100?
Unfortunately not, they are two separate orders for two separate day parts and would need to be above the minimum spend of $100.
Can you deliver to my location?
Our site has an address tool that tells you whether delivery is possible to your location. Please check via the zip code checker online.
Can I pick up my order?
Sure, if you are outside our delivery zone you can arrange a pick up. Also if you want to pick up at a specific time outside the delivery window call or email us and we can arrange that for you too.
What are my payment options?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment is taken when the order is placed. Sadly at present we are not able to bill after the event.
I’m tax exempt. How do I let you know?
Just enter your valid tax exemption number into our coupon field before submitting your payment. You’ll see the price adjusted as soon as it’s accepted. If you do not have a tax please call l 1-866-Eat-Pret (328-7738)
I don't want fixed platters. Can I just choose what I want?
We do not offer bespoke platters. At Pret A Manger we set very high food standards, and we’re fiercely proud of our sandwiches, we want you to enjoy our platter range the way our chefs intended while still offering a great choice of all our sandwiches.
I don’t have enough vegetarians in my group to order an entire Very Veggie Platter. What can I do?
You can always add bag lunches to accommodate individuals with certain dietary restrictions to your order and we will deliver them alongside the platters.
Can I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

or 1-866-EAT-PRET to make any changes to your order. This option is not available online. Changes are subject to product availability and length of notice. If it is the day of your order please contact the shop directly to see if a change to the delivery time is feasible.
How can I get a copy of my invoice?
You’re emailed a confirmation as well as an invoice once your order has been accepted. When placing an order you’re prompted to create an account. You can review both current and past orders as well as find past invoices by logging into your account.
How do I tip for delivery?
We don’t accept tips for delivery but thank you for the gesture.
What do I do if I have a problem with my delivery?
Should you experience any problems with your delivery (we hope you don’t) please call the shop that will service your order. The number can be found on your order confirmation email.
